We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Team Leader HSEE (Health, Safety, Environment, and Energy) to join our organization in Bouskoura, Morocco. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the health, safety, environment, and energy management functions for our operations. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive HSEE programs that ensure compliance with local and international regulations while fostering a strong safety culture across the organization.

• Lead, mentor, and supervise the HSEE team, providing coaching and performance feedback to drive continuous improvement and professional development
• Develop, implement, and maintain HSEE policies, procedures, and programs aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential workplace hazards and implement appropriate control measures
• Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence
• Ensure compliance with Moroccan labor laws, environmental regulations, and international HSEE standards (ISO 45001, OHSAS, etc.)
• Monitor energy consumption and environmental impact, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and sustainability initiatives
• Maintain accurate HSEE documentation, records, and databases in compliance with regulatory requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in HSEE or occupational health and safety management
• Proven experience leading and managing HSEE teams in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor laws, environmental regulations, and international HSEE standards
• Expertise in risk assessment, hazard identification, and incident investigation methodologies
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HSEE programs, policies, and procedures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics
