Surveyor (M/F) | Marrakech (Morocco)

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Project Manager or Site Manager, you will be responsible for all topographic operations on construction sites.
As such, your main tasks are:
• Carry out topographic surveys (natural ground, setting out, as-built surveys)
• Perform setting out of structures (roads, buildings, networks, earthworks)
• Ensure control of dimensions, levels, and alignments on site
• Process and manage topographic data (CAD/CAE)
• Prepare and update topographic and execution plans
• Participate in monitoring the progress of work in terms of geometry
• Verify the conformity of the work carried out with the plans
• Prepare technical reports and surveys

Required Qualifications
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position in construction (BTP)
• Proficiency with topographic instruments (total station, GPS, level, etc.)
• Good command of software: AutoCAD, Covadis, Civil 3D, or equivalents
• Rigor, precision, and field awareness
• Ability to work in a construction team and under pressure
