Job Description:

Engineer specialized in the design, administration, and optimization of SQL databases.

Main Mission:

Ensure the availability, performance, and security of SQL databases.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Install, configure, and maintain SQL Server
• Design and implement data models
• Optimize queries and perform database tuning
• Implement reliable backups and restores
• Ensure data security and compliance
• Automate tasks with Ansible, Python, and PowerShell
• Integrate databases into Cloud and DevOps environments
• Provide advanced technical support and incident resolution

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL Server and T-SQL
• Experience in high availability (AlwaysOn, clustering)
• Proficiency in automation technologies (Ansible, Python, PowerShell)
• Proficiency in Cloud and DevOps environments

Required Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate
• MCSA MSSQL
• SQL Server Certification (MCSE Data Management & Analytics)

Education Level and Experience:

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science or equivalent
• Required experience: minimum 5 years in SQL administration

Work Arrangement:

• 24/7 Shift work
• Work on Moroccan public holidays and recover according to the client's schedule

Very good level of French and English
