Reporting to the Social Relations Manager, your main mission is to Contribute to maintaining a social climate conducive to employee well-being by ensuring advisory, counseling, and awareness-raising missions
As such:
Social Management
Support employees in difficulty in a confidential and supportive framework.
Contribute to the prevention and resolution of social conflicts.
Ensure monitoring of the social climate and identify sensitive situations.
Prevention of Psychosocial Risks (RPS)
Participate in prevention and awareness-raising actions in collaboration with occupational health.
Handle alerts and situations related to RPS in conjunction with HR teams and managers.
Monitor RPS indicators (absenteeism, reports, social climate) and propose action plans.
Employee Experience & Well-being at Work
Contribute to improving employee engagement, social dialogue, and well-being.
Participate in internal communication on social issues.
Support the implementation of social and quality of life at work policies.
Legal & Litigation Management
Ensure compliance with labor law and good social practices.
Oversee disciplinary cases and social disputes.
Prepare and follow up on cases before the competent authorities (Labor Inspectorate, courts, etc.).
Advise managers on the legal aspects of labor relations.
Reporting & Monitoring
Develop tracking sheets and activity reports.
Update social dashboards.
Report sensitive or risky situations to management.
Ensure the archiving and filing of cases.
You have a minimum of 4 years of experience, ideally 3 to 5 years, in labor law practice.
• Provide social support for various cases identified within the company
• Contribute to maintaining a good social climate
• Raise awareness and advise employees based on needs
