• Develop and manage sourcing strategies via LinkedIn
• Identify, approach, and qualify relevant candidates
• Follow up on applications and conduct regular follow-ups
• Collaborate with business teams to understand recruitment needs
• Conduct technical discussions to assess candidate understanding and expertise level

Ideal profile sought :

• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing techniques
• Good knowledge of the automotive, railway, and aerospace sectors
• Experience with technical profiles: engineering, embedded software, systems, embedded electronics

Expected skills :
