We are looking for a candidate with 3 to 10 years of solid experience in a similar role, ideally within establishments of equivalent standing. This confirmed background will demonstrate your ability to manage a cellar and delight a demanding clientele.

Beyond your technical skills, we are looking for a personality with:

• An encyclopedic knowledge of wines, spirits, and other beverages.
• Tasting and sensory analysis skills.
