Social Animator | Taliouine (Morocco)

Job : Main Mission
Contribute to the well-being of employees by organizing, leading, and coordinating unifying socio-cultural, sports, and recreational activities at the Zgounder site, in order to strengthen social cohesion, promote work-life balance, and promote company culture.

Main Responsibilities and Activities
1. Organization of cultural and recreational activities
• Prepare and lead theme nights: karaoke, Aya Got Talent, movie screenings, quizzes, etc.
• Organize parties (Eid, year-end, collective birthdays, etc.).
• Set up creative and artistic workshops.
2. Sports and well-being activities
• Plan and coordinate sports tournaments (football, basketball, ping-pong, etc.).
• Offer relaxation activities (yoga, fitness, guided hikes).
• Develop leisure programs to maintain energy and motivation.
3. Social and community life
• Organize themed days in the restaurant (Moroccan, international cuisine, barbecue, etc.).
• Promote intercultural exchanges and friendliness among employees.
• Contribute to the integration of new arrivals through welcome activities.
4. Communication & promotion
• Develop a monthly activity schedule and post it in common areas.
• Create internal communication materials (posters, newsletters, internal networks).
• Be proactive with new ideas for activities.
5. Monitoring and reporting
• Ensure follow-up of employee participation and satisfaction.
• Evaluate the impact of activities on cohesion and social climate.
• Report specific needs to your manager.

Geographic location of the position: Zgounder Mine, Askaoun Municipality, Taliouine District, Taroudant Province.

Working hours: 23 days work / 7 days rest rotation - Hours adapted according to activities and schedule.
Accommodation and meals covered by the company.
Type of contract: Permanent (CDI)

Profile sought
• Associate's degree / Bachelor's degree in socio-cultural animation, communication, sports activity management, or equivalent.
• Desired experience in social or community animation.
• Knowledge of the mining context or a community environment is an asset.
