Site Manager (Facility Management) | Sala al Jadida (Morocco)

Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, your main mission is to ensure the management of all Facility Management activities and guarantee business continuity at your assigned site.

Be the primary point of contact for users on all FM-related matters at your site.

• Site Manager Mission:

o Management of a team of technicians and general services staff,
o Key contact person at your site for all managers and directors,
o Monitoring of cleaning and catering services at your site, and implementation of recommendations from the Site Operations Manager,
o Monitoring of multi-technical maintenance services at your site,
o Monitoring of incidents and requests related to Facility Management at your site,
o Monitoring of compliance actions with regulatory and/or contractual obligations,
o Adherence to service operating procedures and response times for requests,
o Reporting and monitoring of activity indicators for your site.

You have a Bachelor's degree +4 and 5 years of experience in a similar role.

You have:

• Good knowledge of electricity, air conditioning, plumbing,
• Mastery of energy aspects (energy efficiency...)
• MS Office Suite, Knowledge of Power BI,
• Ability to monitor outsourced activities (coordination, negotiation...).
