• You will develop, design, debug, and operate on the Bell Canada ServiceNow instance
• You will provide support for end-to-end problem resolution and root cause analysis in collaboration with other functional groups, business units, and vendors
• You can quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, and you have a strong aptitude for innovation
 

• University or college degree in engineering, computer sciences, physics, mathematics, or relevant experience in a similar field
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Minimum of 5+ years as a ServiceNow Developer
• Strong scripting ability, especially with JavaScript
• Significant experience in Agile Development, DevOps, and Test-Driven Design, and familiarity with Agile methodology
• Strong experience with unit testing, Test-Driven Development, code review, continuous integration, and continuous delivery
