Sogea Maroc is looking for a Senior Site Engineer.

You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating construction sites, while ensuring compliance with SOGEA's safety and quality standards.

Your main mission will be to satisfy our clients by delivering exemplary projects.

Your main tasks will be:

- Define the need for resources and equipment, prepare budgets, and establish work schedules based on input data;

- Supervise the progress of construction sites, monitor budgets, control the allocation of resources and material supply;

- Coordinate the intervention of various stakeholders (subcontractors, quality, HSE, etc.) and ensure communication with clients / project managers;

- Lead and coordinate the various team managers assigned to construction sites or site areas;

- Manage and coordinate the entire contractual and administrative process related to construction sites;

- Establish and oversee the implementation of QHSE Assurance plans, identify non-conformities and deviations, and define corrective actions;

- Monitor the implementation of different construction methods and identify optimization solutions;

- Monitor the skill development and performance level of your collaborators.

You have a degree from an engineering school and at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.

You are known for your autonomy, diplomacy, rigor, as well as your interpersonal skills and management abilities.
