Senior Payroll Manager | Casablanca (Morocco)

Join a dynamic player in the Hospitality / Catering sector in Casablanca as a Senior Payroll Manager. Your expertise will be at the heart of human resources management, ensuring the fluidity and accuracy of remuneration processes in a stimulating environment.

Your role will be to ensure the reliability and compliance of all payroll operations. This will involve mastering legislative and conventional evolutions to optimize salary management and contribute to employee satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Establishing and checking payslips in compliance with deadlines and current regulations.
• Managing social (CNSS, CIMR, etc.) and tax declarations related to payroll.
• Monitoring employment contracts, absences, leave, and final settlements.
• Advising HR teams and managers on payroll and social legislation aspects.
• Participating in the continuous improvement of payroll management processes and tools.
• Analyzing and reporting payroll data.

A Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required, ideally in Management, Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources.

Significant experience of 3 to 10 years in payroll management is essential, demonstrating a strong mastery of processes and the ability to handle complex situations.

To excel in this role, it is essential to possess:

• A thorough knowledge of Moroccan social and tax legislation.
• Proficiency in payroll software and office tools (Excel in particular).
• Excellent analytical, rigor, and organizational skills.
