SecOps PAM Engineer | Casablanca (Morocco)

The SecOps IGA engineer will work on the following points:
• Ensure the integration of the different use cases, users, and targets identified in PCloud
• Support business users in adopting and using the solution
• Provide N3 support for the tool
• Install, test, and validate products or features that allow the solution to evolve
• Write documentation related to the integration, maintenance in operational condition (MCO), and maintenance in condition of security (MCS) of the solution
• Develop skills and provide support for the maintenance in operational condition (MCO) of Sailpoint's IdentityNow solution

Required education level and experience:
• Master's degree (Bac + 5): engineering school education
• Experience: 3 years minimum
• First confirmed experience with PCloud or CyberArk PAM solution, a certification would be a plus. Good knowledge of different IAM solutions: Active Directory, AzureAD, EntraID, Sailpoint IdentityNow, or equivalent.
Technical skills:
• Very good knowledge of CyberArk
• Access management: Sailpoint IdentityNow would be a plus
• Directory Technology: AD, LDAP, EntraID
• Authentication Solutions: SSO, identity federation, MFA
• Knowledge of Microsoft environments (MDE, Azure and Windows), Linux
• Knowledge of network environments (FW, switch, WiFi, etc.)
• Have a good general understanding of IT Operations (constraints, complexities, etc.)
