Sales & Application Engineer

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in direct industrial product sales
• Candidates from the tooling, machine tools, or metalworking industries are preferred

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate leads and develop strong customer relationships
• Identify customer needs, deliver value-driven proposals, and close deals
• Prepare and present formal quotations tailored to client requirements
• Collaborate closely with the application engineering team to conduct technical presentations, tests, and product demos
• Drive the acquisition of new customers and new application areas
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Gather and report customer feedback, market trends, and growth opportunities
• Travel as needed for client visits, technical demonstrations, and follow-ups

💡 Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Arabic, French, and English (spoken and written)
• Strong technical understanding of:
• Cutting tools
• CNC machining
• Metalworking strategies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals in B2B environments
• Comfortable working across cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
• Strong initiative, self-motivation, and problem-solving mindset
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
