Job : Good knowledge of C# (python is okay) and SQL, database structures, document object models, regular expressions, data operations, and APIs to handle complex logic and connections. We currently use BluePrism, so experience with this tool is best because there isn't much time for training. Ability to separate the Process layer and business objects for reuse and easier maintenance. Optimize performance, monitor resources, optimize loops, and manage resource pools.

Skills:
1. Scripting & Programming: More than 3 years of good knowledge in C# (python is okay) and SQL, database structures, document object models, regular expressions, data operations, and APIs to handle complex logic and connections. We currently use BluePrism, so experience with this tool is best because there isn't much time for training.
2. Problem Decomposition: More than 3 years of ability to separate the Process layer and business objects for reuse and easier maintenance. Optimize performance, monitor resources, optimize loops, and manage resource pools.
3. Agile: More than 3 years with Jira, Confluence.
4. Process Documentation: More than 3 years of skill in writing down requirements and managing changes together.
5. Debugging & Troubleshooting: More than 3 years of systematic debugging skills using logs, breakpoints, and data analysis.

Other Skills:

Experience analyzing processes
Working knowledge of programming languages like: C++, Python, Java
Understanding and experience with quality assurance methods
Having relevant RPA certifications, like Blue Prism Certified Developer, is highly recommended.
Strong attention to detail with excellent skills in analysis and presentation.
Strong skills in solving problems
Excellent communication skills, able to clearly explain technical information to both technical and non-technical people.
Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
Familiarity with RPA software or similar IT programming toolkits (Blue Prism, MS Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, etc.)
A full understanding of RPA development methods, including Agile and Waterfall, is needed.
Proven ability to collect and analyze business needs, turning them into effective RPA solutions.
The ability to work in a team and collaborate under pressure in a changing environment
Excellent communication skills, able to clearly explain technical information to both technical and non-technical people.
