Revit Designer / 3D Modeler | Casablanca (Morocco)

As part of the development of our critical infrastructure engineering activities, we are looking for a Revit / BIM Specialized Designer to join our technical teams.

Your tasks:
Creation of BIM models and 3D technical drawings
Design of complex technical infrastructures (Data Centers, Telecoms, technical sites)
Coordination with CFO/CFA, HVAC, Structure, and Architecture teams
Production of technical deliverables: execution plans, schematics, as-built documents, tender documents, etc.
Participation in design reviews and technical conflict detection (clash detection)

Required skills:
• Proficiency in Revit (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD
• Navisworks / BIM 360 appreciated
• Experience in complex technical environments, critical infrastructures, or data centers

Profile:
• Associate's degree to Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, BIM, HVAC, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
• 3 to 8 years of experience in a design office or technical engineering firm
• Rigor, autonomy, and teamwork skills

To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree is required.

Experience of 3 to 5 years in similar roles is sought, ideally in the field of Construction / Works / Public Works. Your background should have allowed you to master design and modeling tools.

We are looking for someone with strong proficiency in Revit for 3D modeling. An excellent understanding of design processes in the Construction / Works / Public Works sector is essential. Skills in reading plans and the ability to work in a team will be highly valued.
Rigor, attention to detail, and good organization are major assets for success in this position.
