Quality Manager – Construction Sector (M/F)
We are recruiting for a highly renowned group in the market a Quality Manager – Construction Sector (M/F)
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Technical Department, you will be responsible for the quality system across all of the Group's construction projects.
To this end, your main tasks are:
• Implement and manage the quality management system on construction sites
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, specifications, and customer requirements
• Control the quality of works (structural work, civil engineering, earthworks, sanitation, etc.)
• Ensure monitoring of tests and controls (materials, concrete, soils, etc.)
• Manage non-conformities and implement corrective actions
• Conduct internal quality audits and participate in external audits
• Monitor quality indicators and establish periodic reports
• Train and raise awareness among site teams on quality and HSE requirements
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes

Required Qualifications
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Civil Engineering, Quality, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in the construction or public works sector
• Good command of quality (ISO 9001) and construction technical standards
• Knowledge of construction materials and processes
• Strong analytical skills and field rigor
• Good communication and transversal management skills
• Practical mindset and active presence on construction sites
