Quality Engineer (H/F) | Casablanca (Morocco)

Missions:

- Validate the production system of suppliers by verifying the presence and relevance of qualification deliverables (Process FMEA, Control Plan, Capability and R&R)
- Verify dimensional control reports established by suppliers
- Validate and track each supplier process qualification with a PPAP (Production Parts Approval Process)
- Open and track the opening/closing of NPCA
- Manage and track supplier non-conformities according to procedures
- Build or monitor and communicate supplier quality performance indicators
- Document updates (procedures, instructions, etc.)

Profile sought:

Education: Master's degree (Bac +5) in renewable energy.
Experience: Minimum one year of experience in a similar position, HVAC.
Technical skills: Knowledge of quality tools and methods (FMEA, 8D, 5M, SPC, etc.) and international standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
Interpersonal skills: Ability to work in a team, manage relationships with suppliers, and be pedagogical in explaining quality requirements.
Languages: Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
