• Plan, execute, and deliver projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning effectively
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, business partners, and external teams
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Manage project budgets, including forecasting and tracking using tools such as SAP and Excel
• Lead team meetings, assign tasks, and ensure accountability for deadlines and deliverables
• Support decision-making within the project team and resolve conflicts when they arise
• Ensure successful project delivery that meets stakeholder expectations and quality standards

• University or college degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
• Minimum of +3 years as a Project Manager
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management
• Leadership, problem-solving, organization, and adaptability
• Excellent interpersonal skills, Very good oral and written English and French.
