Previous experience in outbound sales, business development, lead generation, or appointment setting Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Confidence in handling objections and engaging prospects over the phone Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools Highly organized with strong time-management skills Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently Experience in education, SaaS, consulting, or high-ticket sales is a plus
