Night Receptionist | Casablanca (Morocco)

Your main goal will be to ensure the security and comfort of our guests during the night hours, guaranteeing a memorable experience and a smooth transition to the day service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests (late check-ins / early check-outs)
• Ensuring quality customer service during the night
• Maintaining the security of the establishment and guests
• Handling customer requests (reservations, information, services)
• Performing the daily closing (night audit)
• Controlling cash handling and billing operations
• Issuing financial and administrative reports
• Preparing for the next day's arrivals (rooming list, keys, files)
• Ensuring the transmission of information to the day team
• Managing emergency or unforeseen situations independently

You hold a Bac +2 level diploma, and you have experience in a similar role, ideally in night hotel reception, which is required for this position.

We are looking for someone:

• With excellent customer service skills and a high capacity for adaptation.
• Demonstrating rigor, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficient in hotel IT tools (PMS).
• With a good command of the French language; knowledge of other languages will be a considerable asset.
• Able to work at night and handle unexpected situations calmly and effectively.
