Network and System Administrator | Mohammedia (Morocco)

Your role will be crucial in ensuring the performance, security, and availability of our information systems. You will be a key player in maintaining a reliable and efficient IT environment, essential for the smooth operation of all our activities.

Your main tasks will include:

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers and network equipment.
• Proactive monitoring of infrastructures to anticipate and resolve problems.
• Access management and implementation of security policies.
• Leading the implementation of the ERP planned for 2027 (Sage X3).
• Management of the mobile fleet and IT maintenance.
• Technical support for users and incident resolution.
• Documentation of configurations and procedures.
• Participation in projects for the evolution and optimization of systems.

To be considered for this position, a training of Master's degree level (Bac +5) and above is required, ideally in the field of Information Technology.

Professional experience between 5 and 10 years is expected. This period has allowed you to develop a solid understanding of complex environments and the challenges related to system and network administration.

The desired skills are as follows:

• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and ERP administration, particularly Sage X3.
• Proficiency in operating systems (Windows Server, Linux).
• In-depth knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall, RAID).
• Proficiency in IT infrastructures: Active Directory, GPO, DHCP, DNS, Windows Server, VMware, Hyper-V.
• Experience with backup and storage solutions.
• Ability to lead the ERP project implementation.
• Ability to diagnose and quickly resolve technical problems.
• Good communication skills and a developed team spirit will also be appreciated.
