As a Backend Engineer you’ll be part of the development of core platform systems that expose data for desktop and mobile applications.

Our offices are located: Porto, Portugal | Aveiro, Portugal | Coimbra, Portugal | Leicester, UK | San Diego, USA | San Francisco, USA | Chennai, India | Bengaluru, India | Cluj-Napoca, Romania | Blumenau, Brazil | Casablanca, Morocco | Australia HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT: Developing performant, resilient and secure services/functions; Building and handling asynchronous and event-driven workflows; Creating testable code and making testing a priority; Being passionate, self-driven and working with little supervision towards a common team or company purpose; Being a vocal team player with the ability to challenge the technical landscape; Caring about all the steps your code goes through from your machine to production; Participating in architectural design decisions.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Minimum 6 years of experience in .
NET development; Knowledge of best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing methodologies, and CI/CD processes; Experience in understanding of behaviour-driven development and domain-driven design; Knowledge of Javascript/Typescript and SQL is a plus; Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS or GCP is a plus; Testing at all levels and breaths and depths.

Practice and promote Agile methodology; Experience with Git and pair programming; Previous experience on fintech projects; Fluency in English.
