Knowledge of performance optimization , observability, and metrics to show you care about your code.
Ways of Working Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
Collaborating directly with clients to ensure technical feasibility and feature ownership.
Mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Service-oriented architectures , design patterns, and robust data structures.
