• Design and create creative cocktail menus that align with the establishment's identity.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, from classic revisited to signature creations, while adhering to quality and presentation standards.
• Interact with clients to understand their preferences and offer them personalized experiences.
• Manage beverage inventory, place orders, and ensure product rotation.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
• Participate in training teams on mixology techniques and new creations.
• Ensure a constant supply of fresh, quality ingredients.

A diploma of at least a 2-year vocational degree (Bac +2) in Hospitality / Food Service, or an equivalent specialized training, is required.

3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in prestigious establishments (hotels, palaces, gourmet restaurants), is essential to take on this challenge.

• Perfect mastery of mixology techniques, both classic and contemporary.
• Boundless creativity and a passion for the world of spirits and flavors.
• Excellent knowledge of products (spirits, liqueurs, syrups, fruits, aromatic herbs).
• A strong sense of customer service, with the ability to build rapport and anticipate needs.
• Neat presentation and strong interpersonal skills to interact with demanding international clientele.
• Rigorous inventory management and good organization.
• The ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Proficiency in English is a major asset.
