Maintenance Engineer

Hexcel is currently seeking a Maintenance Engineer for our Casablanca, Morocco location.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

• Ensure machinery meets health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules.
• Conduct routine inspections and servicing of equipment.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve equipment performance.
• Recommend upgrades or modifications to enhance efficiency.
• Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Train staff on safe equipment use and emergency procedures.
• Liaise with external contractors and suppliers for specialized repairs.
• Ensure accuracy of maintenance systems according to audits requirements
• Manage plant maintenance KPI dashboard.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 2 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance and Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience with PLCs, robotics, or advanced automation systems.
• Proficiency in diagnostic tools and maintenance software (CMMS).
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
