Logistics / Distribution Manager | Casablanca (Morocco)

As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Logistics Manager capable of steering and optimizing all of the company's distribution operations.

Main missions:

• Supervise end-to-end logistics operations (reception, storage, order picking, loading, and delivery)
• Ensure the reliability of receipts (check quantities and quality of goods)
• Ensure product availability and compliance with delivery deadlines
• Optimize logistics flows (reception → storage → shipping) and transport costs
• Organize and optimize delivery routes and distribution circuits
• Manage and lead operational teams (reception, warehouse, picking, drivers, forklift operators)
• Manage and monitor the fleet (trucks, fuel, maintenance)
• Implement and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and distribution
• Ensure coordination with sales, purchasing, and finance teams
• Ensure compliance with procedures, safety rules, and transport regulations

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in logistics or supply chain 
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in distribution or trade
• Good command of field operations (reception, storage, picking, transport)
• Proven experience in managing operational teams
• Ability to organize, structure, and optimize logistics flows
• Good command of computer tools
• Sense of organization, rigor, and reactivity
• Ability to manage pressure and handle multiple activities simultaneously
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with different departments
