Logistics Agent | Casablanca (Morocco)

Join a dynamic company in the Distribution sector as a Logistics Agent, in the heart of Casablanca. Your role will be essential to the smooth running of our operations, ensuring the fluidity and efficiency of our supply chain.

The main objective of this position is to ensure the operational management of goods flow, from their receipt to their shipment. It will involve actively contributing to the optimization of logistics processes to satisfy our customers and partners.

Your daily tasks will include various key activities:

• Ensure the management of logistics processes and monitor deliveries.
• Participate in processing any claims with carriers.
• Monitor the productivity of warehouse agents and suggest improvements.
• Enter inventory and inter-site transfer data.
• Collaborate with the sales department to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics procedures.

To excel in this role, a Bac +2 level of education is required, ideally specializing in Logistics or Transport.

First professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a logistics environment will be a major asset for success in this position.

We are looking for an organized, rigorous, and proactive person with good observational skills. Proficiency in stock management tools and good knowledge of logistics procedures are expected. Good interpersonal skills and team spirit will also be appreciated.

• Excellent command of office tools and logistics management systems.
• Knowledge of a WMS (Warehouse Management System) is an appreciated asset.
