Labor Force Recruitment Supervisor | Chtouka Ait Baha (Morocco)

We are looking for a Labor Force Recruitment Supervisor to join our International Nursery subsidiary. You will play a key role in mobilizing the labor force needed for our operations.

The main goal of this role is to ensure the right fit between production needs and the availability of qualified labor. This involves setting up and optimizing recruitment processes to meet the seasonal and ongoing demands of our business.

Your responsibilities will include supervising and managing the entire recruitment cycle for seasonal and permanent labor. You will be responsible for:

• Ensuring labor recruitment according to operational needs.
• Managing the entire process: sourcing, pre-selection, selection, and onboarding.
• Developing and maintaining an effective regional recruitment network.
• Monitoring and analyzing recruitment performance KPIs.
• Ensuring continuous coordination with operational and HR managers.
• Guaranteeing good administrative management of recruited employee files.

Associate's degree (Bac +2) in management, HR, or equivalent field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the agricultural or agri-food sector.
Excellent knowledge of the Chtouka Aït Baha region and recruitment areas.
Ability to monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs).
Committed, rigorous, organized person with a strong sense of responsibility.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in the field.
