Join our dynamic company in the IT sector as a Junior Indirect Buyer. Based in Casablanca, this position represents a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise to optimize our purchasing and actively contribute to our growth.

Your responsibilities include:

• Deploy the purchasing strategy for your category in line with Global and European Purchasing.

• Manage all or part of the purchasing process during consultations: sourcing, developing specifications with users, analyzing bids, supplier presentations, negotiation, and contracting.

• Contribute to optimizing the supplier base.

• Participate in monitoring supplier performance: RFA, KPI indicators, reporting.

• Be proactive in improving Purchasing processes.

• Deploy your contracts to all signatory entities in Morocco.

• Liaise with Real Estate Management (CRES - Corporate Real Estate Services).

• Verify ethical and security compliance.

Your Profile:

Master's degree (BAC+5) (a specialization in Purchasing or Real Estate is a plus);

Skills and Knowledge:

• Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in Purchasing, ideally in corporate real estate and Facility Management.
• Analytical skills and purchasing project management.
• Good understanding of the overall purchasing process, from defining needs to supplier follow-up.
• Mastery of negotiation techniques and the ability to defend your positions professionally.
• Very good writing skills (contractual documents, analyses, reports).
• Excellent command of office tools, especially Excel (pivot tables, lookup formulas).
  

Personal Qualities:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Rigor, autonomy, and synthesis skills
• Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Powerpoint)

Languages:

• Operational English, both spoken and written.

Conditions:

• Contract: 12-month contract
