Your tasks

Ensure technical control, operational support, and evolution of the IT system for billing, acting as a key partner for the SAFIR and Octave France application teams, in a CaaS-CNP cloud environment.

Maintain and evolve the infrastructure and technical components of the billing system for the SAFIR and Octave France application scope.
Operate and manage CaaS-CNP Azure cloud environments, ensuring their availability, performance, and security.
Provide operational support and resolve technical incidents.
Participate in the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions.
Collaborate closely with the SAFIR and Octave France application teams to ensure system consistency and performance.
Work with APIs for system integration, automation, and interconnection.
Apply DevOps principles to automate, deploy, and monitor solutions.
Write and maintain technical documentation.
Ensure the compliance, security, and optimization of cloud environments.

Profile sought:

You hold an engineering degree and have 2 to 5 years of experience, ideally in IT systems. You have demonstrated your ability to effectively intervene on complex systems, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and provide quality service in a demanding context.

Your skills:

Mastery of DevOps principles (CI/CD, automation, monitoring).
Excellent mastery of Shell and Perl scripting.
In-depth knowledge of Linux operating systems.
Experience with CaaS-CNP and Azure cloud environments, particularly in operation and management.
Good knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP, etc.) for integration and automation.
Knowledge of configuration management and automation tools.
Good understanding of IT system architectures and associated databases.
Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical incidents.
Good command of English, both spoken and written, to effectively collaborate with international teams.
