Java Full Stack Developer (M/F) | RABAT (Morocco)

Main Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver, and support Java full stack applications
• Provide Level 3 (L3) support in production and implement major enhancements
• Handle critical incidents (P1/P2)
• Design and implement application improvements
• Ensure compliance with Accenture standards, client software quality requirements, and regulatory constraints
• Show willingness to upskill on new technologies

Technical Skills

• Backend: Java 8+, Spring, Spring Boot
• Databases: Oracle or SQL Server; stored procedures in Oracle PL/SQL or T-SQL
• Integration: REST APIs
• Build tools: Maven, Gradle, Ant
• DevOps & tools: Git, Azure DevOps, TFS

Behavioral Skills (Soft Skills)

• Analytical and problem-solving skills, flexibility regarding working hours (shifts), learning ability, collaboration in an international environment
• Languages (oral and written): English and French mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
