IT Officer | Casablanca (Morocco)

As part of strengthening its Support Department, our client is looking for an Information Systems Officer (CSI) to ensure the management, maintenance, and security of its IT environment.

Main tasks

Reporting to the Head of the IT Department, your main responsibilities will be:

· Ensure the management, installation, and maintenance of IT and telephone equipment;

· Participate in the acquisition of IT equipment and the monitoring of service providers;

· Provide technical support and assistance to users;

· Diagnose and handle system and network incidents;

· Participate in the administration of servers, networks, and backups;

· Ensure the security of information systems and the proper application of procedures;

· Contribute to the monitoring and maintenance of the company's various systems:

o ERP SAGE X3

o Payroll software

o Time tracking system

o Video surveillance

o Office 365

· Participate in the company's IT projects (digitalization, archiving, continuous improvement, etc.);

· Ensure the monitoring and updating of the company's website.

· Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 / Bac+5) in Information Technology, Networks, or Information Systems;

· First successful experience in a similar role;

· Good command of Windows environments, networks, and office tools;

· Knowledge of system and network administration;

· Proficiency in IT support and maintenance tools;

· Service-oriented, rigorous, and good interpersonal skills;

· Ability to manage priorities and work in a team.

Appreciated skills

· Knowledge of IP telephony;

· Knowledge of IT asset management tools;

· Familiarity with ERP solutions, especially Sage X3;

· Awareness of cybersecurity and data backup issues.
