HR Supervisor | Marrakech (Morocco)

As part of the development of our Supeco business unit, we are recruiting HR Supervisors in Marrakech.

Main mission:

Deploy and execute operational HR activities for the stores in its area (personnel administration, recruitment, discipline, and workforce monitoring), in accordance with the procedures and guidelines defined by the Regional HR Manager.

Missions & Responsibilities:

• Manage personnel administration for stores.
• Ensure the recruitment of store profiles.
• Monitor absences, leave, timekeeping, and trial periods.
• Participate in the management of disciplinary procedures.
• Support store managers on HR topics.
• Produce HR reports for its area.
• Report alerts and sensitive situations.
• Participate in the development of internal HR policies.

• Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in Human Resources or equivalent.
• First experience in Human Resources.
• Rigor, organizational skills, confidentiality, and field-oriented approach.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
