HR Project Management Consultant | Casablanca (Morocco)

Join our dynamic team as an HR Project Management Consultant, in the heart of Casablanca. In the stimulating Consulting / Studies sector, your role will be to lead strategic HR projects, bringing recognized expertise and innovative vision to support our clients in their organizational transformations.

Your mission will be to ensure the success of various HR projects, from design to deployment, guaranteeing the achievement of our clients' objectives. You will be a key player in the performance and evolution of organizations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing needs and defining HR strategies aligned with clients' business objectives.
• Designing and implementing tailor-made HR projects (recruitment, training, career management, compensation, HRIS, etc.).
• Leading project teams and managing stakeholders.
• Monitoring budgets and managing project-related risks.
• Developing recommendations and presenting deliverables to clients.
• Constantly monitoring best practices and innovations in human resources management.

You hold a Master's degree (Bac +5 or higher), ideally with a recognized specialization in Human Resources or project management.

With significant experience of 10 years in HR project management consulting or in strategic HR roles, you possess proven expertise in managing complex projects and a deep understanding of current HR challenges.
