Join our dynamic engineering company, based in Casablanca, as an HR Intern. This is a unique opportunity to dive into the heart of human resources management and actively contribute to our success.
The main goal of this internship is to allow you to gain significant practical experience in various aspects of the HR function, while providing valuable support to our team. You will be involved in challenging projects and develop your professional skills in a supportive environment.
Your daily tasks will be varied and rewarding. You will assist the team in administrative follow-up of staff, recruitment process management (posting offers, CV screening, organizing interviews). You will also have the opportunity to contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving the employee experience.
To be eligible for this internship, a Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher is required, with a preferred specialization in HR, Personnel, or Training.
Previous experience, even an internship, would be a considerable asset for fully understanding the proposed tasks.
We are looking for a person with great attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a strong interpersonal aptitude. Good command of computer tools, especially the Office suite, is essential. Curiosity, independence, and a strong desire to learn will be your best assets for success in this role.
