Housekeeper | Rabat (Morocco)

We are looking for an experienced and meticulous Housekeeper to join our Accommodation and Admissions Department at UIR Hospital. She will be responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of the hospital premises, as well as the service-oriented approach of the hotel staff.
Your main responsibilities will be:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of internal cleaning teams and the bio-cleaning service provider.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all departments according to current protocols.
• Provide a high-end hotel service for VIP areas.
• Conduct daily checks of the premises (rooms, common areas, etc.) to verify the quality and condition of the areas (cleanliness, functionality, general comfort, aesthetics, hygiene).
• Collaborate with the Nursing and Hospital Hygiene Department to ensure that cleaning procedures and protocols align with evolving standards (quality, CSR, etc.).
• Liaise with the technical department and general services in case of detection of damaged equipment or installations.
• Manage stocks of cleaning products and other consumables.
• Manage the laundry service (provider, stocks, quality, supply, changing rooms) in coordination with the laundry staff.
• Oversee the training of teams (cleaning techniques, hygiene, safety, risk prevention).

• 2-3 year degree in hospitality.
• + 5 years of experience as a housekeeper in the hotel sector or in a healthcare facility.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion.
• Good interpersonal skills and customer focus.
• Team management skills.
