Head of Operations for Structures and Pumping Stations | Casablanca (Morocco)

Mission:

Ensure the optimal and continuous operation of structures and pumping stations, guaranteeing service quality, facility safety, and the operational performance of the operating teams.

Activities:

Supervise the daily operation of pumping facilities and associated structures.
Manage incidents, emergency situations, and corrective operations to minimize service interruptions.
Monitor and analyze performance indicators (flow rate, availability, energy consumption, equipment reliability).
Implement continuous improvement and facility reliability plans.
Ensure compliance with HSE standards, procedures, and rules in all operational activities.
Provide regular reporting to management on performance, incidents, and ongoing projects.

Academic background:

State-recognized engineering degree in Hydraulic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent

Professional experience:

More than 3 years of experience in the operation of structures and pumping stations.

Required skills:

Technical expertise in hydraulics and the operation of pumping structures.
Leadership and ability to manage teams.
