Head of IT Studies and Development Section | Casablanca (Morocco)

As the Head of IT Studies and Development Section, you will report to the Head of the Information Systems Department and will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Lead and manage IT integration projects: manage stakeholders, manage deadlines, manage relationships with service providers, manage project communications, etc.
- Implement IT transformation projects by following best practices and current standards.
- Ensure that the information system provides effective, efficient, and economical support to the objectives of the Smeia Group entities.
- Study the opportunities and technological feasibility of solutions.
- Ensure the development and implementation of applications (prototypes and modules).
- Ensure evolutionary and corrective maintenance.
- Design and develop the technical documentation required by the current project management methodology: specifications, design documents, user guide, etc.

With a degree level of Master's degree (Bac+4) at minimum in Information Systems, you have good presentation and communication skills.

You have more than 5 years of experience in the same position.

Key assets:
- Certifications: ITIL, Prince 2, or PMP
- Knowledge of the Google Apps for Work platform: Sheets, Slides, Sites, etc.

Organized, you ensure the proper planning of actions and respect for deadlines.

Good knowledge of the automotive environment (techniques, accessories, insurance...) would be a plus.
