General Controller | Marrakech (Morocco)

As General Controller, your main mission will be to ensure the compliance of operations, optimize financial performance, and oversee the rigorous application of internal procedures. Your responsibilities will cover a wide range of essential activities:

• Supervise all financial and accounting activities.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of controls.
• Analyze variances and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare and monitor projected budgets.
• Ensure compliance with current regulations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.

To take on this challenge, a Master's degree (Bac +5 or higher) is required, ideally supplemented by a specialization in Hospitality / Restaurant Management.

Significant experience of 5 to 10 years is essential. You have previously held positions of responsibility where you have demonstrated your ability to manage complex issues and drive financial performance in a similar environment.
