Within a dynamic company in the Health sector, an exciting opportunity is open in Tangier. Your role as a Facilities Management Technician will be crucial to ensure the smooth operation and optimal maintenance of our infrastructures. You will join a team dedicated to ensuring a safe and efficient working environment, contributing directly to our strategic objectives.

The main objective of this position is to ensure the management and maintenance of technical facilities and buildings to guarantee safety, comfort, and operational efficiency. This involves maintaining an optimal working environment for all teams, anticipating needs, and reacting promptly to any malfunctions, while respecting the quality and regulatory standards of the pharmaceutical sector.

Your main tasks will include:

• Supervise and coordinate the preventive and corrective maintenance operations of technical equipment (HVAC, plumbing, electricity, etc.).
• Participate in the planning and execution of renovation and development work for the premises.
• Oversee the follow-up of maintenance contracts with external providers and ensure the quality of interventions.
• Manage the supply of consumables and spare parts necessary for the proper functioning of the facilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards on the sites.
• Contribute to the energy optimization of buildings.
• Document interventions and produce activity reports.

To excel in this role, a Bac +2 level of education is required.

A first professional experience, ideally from 1 to 5 years, in a similar environment is sought. Whether in production, quality, safety, or maintenance, your background will have familiarized you with the challenges of industrial sites.

• Solid knowledge in the maintenance of buildings and technical equipment.
• Good understanding of issues related to safety and quality, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Ability to organize and plan interventions.
• Autonomy, rigor, and initiative.
• Good interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and external providers.
• Proficiency in basic computer tools (Microsoft Office Suite).
