Export Officer | Casablanca (Morocco)

Join a dynamic company in the electricity sector as an Export Officer, based in Casablanca. This is a unique opportunity to actively contribute to the international development of our activities.

Your main mission will be to develop and manage our international customer portfolio. You will be the cornerstone of our export strategy, ensuring the growth of our sales in foreign markets and strengthening our global presence.

On a daily basis, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and follow export files from A to Z
  * Prepare shipping documents:
  * Commercial invoices
  * Packing lists
  * Certificates of origin
  * Customs documents
  * Ensure coordination with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs
  * Organize international shipments (maritime, air, or road)
  * Track delivery times and manage any logistics disputes
  * Verify the conformity of documents with the requirements of importing countries
  * Manage documentary credits (letters of credit) and other international payment methods
  * Follow up on customer payments in coordination with the finance department
  * Update export databases and tracking tables
  * Act as the interface between different internal departments (production, logistics, finance)
  * Ensure regulatory monitoring of customs procedures and export rules

You have a degree of level Bachelor's degree (Bac +3), ideally in a field such as Business or Export.

Experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role, ideally in export, is required for this position. Your past experiences have allowed you to develop a solid understanding of international commercial issues.
