Experienced Buyer | Casablanca (Morocco)

Reporting to the Purchasing & Markets Department, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of purchases related to insurance markets. You will ensure quality, deadlines, and cost optimization, acting as the key contact between internal departments and insurance providers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Needs Analysis & Qualification
Analyze the needs expressed by internal departments regarding insurance (quantity, coverage, conditions).
Participate in the development of specifications in close collaboration with stakeholders.
Sourcing & Provider Selection
Identify and qualify insurance companies and brokers present in the market.
Populate and update the insurance supplier/provider database.
Select partners based on objective criteria: price, guarantees, processing times, service quality.
Calls for Tenders & Negotiation
Launch consultations, draft and follow up on calls for tenders.
Negotiate contractual conditions in compliance with internal procedures and ethical rules.
Establish and manage purchase contracts until their proper execution.
Performance Monitoring & Management
Ensure that delivered services comply with contractual commitments.
Regularly evaluate providers and produce performance reports.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of purchasing processes.

PROFILE REQUIRED

• Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Purchasing, Management, Finance, Business Law, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Buyer, ideally with exposure to insurance markets or financial services
• Proficiency in SAP or equivalent ERP system
• Languages: Fluent French is essential; Arabic and/or English are a plus
