Estimator / Designer (M/F) | Marrakech (Morocco)

We are recruiting for a renowned group in the market for an Estimator / Designer (M/F)
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Design Office, you will be involved in all phases of technical studies and cost estimation for the Group's projects.
In this role, your main responsibilities will be:
• Carry out measurements from architectural and technical plans
• Establish quantities and cost estimates for works (structural work, finishing work, road and utility works, infrastructure)
• Participate in the development of pricing studies and tenders
• Create execution and detail plans (2D/3D)
• Ensure the plans are updated according to project changes
• Check the technical and financial consistency of the studies
• Collaborate closely with design engineers, project managers, and construction teams
• Prepare technical files and execution documents

Associate's degree / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Building Design
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in estimating and/or design in the construction industry
• Proficiency in software: AutoCAD, Excel, estimating software (Attic+, Revit, or equivalent)
• Good knowledge of construction techniques and building standards
• Rigor, precision, and organizational skills
• Team spirit and ability to work on large-scale projects
