Electricity Engineer – Audit & Network Control | Casablanca (Morocco)

Job : Mission:

Reporting to the Internal Audit Department, you will help provide reasonable assurance on the level of risk management related to technical activities, especially those related to electricity and distribution networks. You will also ensure compliance with internal procedures, current standards, and health, safety, and ethics requirements.

Main Activities:

• Prepare audit missions (engagement letters, work programs, planning)
• Conduct audits by analyzing processes, technical data, and documents related to electricity activities and distribution networks
• Identify operational, technical, and regulatory risks, and formulate reasoned findings
• Write clear, structured, and improvement-oriented audit reports
• Ensure follow-up of recommendations and evaluate their implementation
• Conduct specific audits related to markets and service providers involved in electricity activities
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit practices and internal methodologies

Required profile :

• State Engineer's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 3 to 5 years of experience in electricity professions, ideally in distribution networks
• Good understanding of technical environments and issues related to electrical infrastructure

• Mastery of the fundamentals of electricity and distribution networks
• Knowledge of internal audit standards and frameworks
• Good command of audit techniques (analysis, control, risk assessment)
• Knowledge of market regulations, as well as accounting and tax principles
• Analytical and synthesis skills

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with technical and functional stakeholders
