• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and energy rules and instructions;
• Launch, organize, distribute, and supervise the quality of electrical maintenance, overhaul, or repair work for your team's production resources in accordance with given instructions and Maintenance procedures.
• Organize human and material resources to carry out maintenance work
• Ensure good coordination with planners and visitors and with production.
• Implement corrective and preventive action plans to address malfunctions/failures encountered
• Perform electrical repair work on parts received at the workshop based on requests from the Electrical Maintenance Department Manager and ensure the availability of information on the status of the repaired equipment.
• Identify and implement new electrical sources as needed
• Repair electrical failures and ensure the availability of information on the status of the repaired equipment.
• Participate in the analysis of equipment malfunctions.
• Report on your activity, providing the necessary information for decision-making.
• Participate in improving the plant's environmental and energy performance.
• Apply environmental and energy documents relevant to you (instructions and procedures).

Profile sought:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, ideally in heavy industry.

- Good command of fundamentals: reading diagrams, measurements, motors, protections, controls.

- Practical knowledge of MV and VSD/VFD (at least reading alarms + diagnostic logic).

- Serious, disciplined, team spirit, availability for on-call duty/adapted hours if necessary.

Assets (desired)

Basic knowledge of instrumentation/automation (sensors, simple loops, exchanges with automation engineers).
