EHS Specialist/Coordinator | Nouaceur (Morocco)

Your main mission will be to guarantee regulatory compliance in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) within the company. It will also involve promoting a strong safety culture among all employees and actively contributing to risk prevention and environmental protection.

Your responsibilities will include various essential tasks:

• Support for the deployment of Health, Safety, and Environment programs
  Management and monitoring of external companies / contractors (safety induction, verification of mandatory documents, monitoring of authorizations)
  Assistance in validating risk assessments related to work (Risk Analyses, work permits, operating procedures, etc.)
  Participation in accident / incident investigations and follow-up of corrective actions
  Contribution to the site's regulatory compliance (monitoring, tracking deadlines, document updates)
  Support for preparing internal audits and inspections
  Monitoring of the site's environmental regulatory obligations
  Field awareness and team support on HSE best practices
  

Profile sought:

Bachelor's degree to Master's degree (SSE, HSE, QHSE, risk management, or equivalent)
Approximately 2 years of experience (internships included)
Good knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
Experience or knowledge of managing external companies and prevention plans
Rigor, analytical skills, and sense of responsibility
Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with operational teams and service providers
Autonomy, proactivity, and field presence

Previous experience in an industrial environment would be highly appreciated.

Contract duration: 12 months temporary work.
