1- Development and management of mobile payment products
• Lead mobile payment solutions tailored to customer needs (individuals, professionals, businesses).
• Ensure the optimization of mobile payment solution functionalities.
• Ensure the continuous evolution of services to meet market expectations and technological innovations.
2- Performance analysis, optimization, and technological monitoring:
• Monitor key performance indicators (adoption, transactions, retention, customer satisfaction).
• Identify barriers to use and propose corrective actions (simplification of processes, gamification, promotional offers).
• Analyze usage data to anticipate future needs and improve products.
• Actively monitor technological innovations in mobile payments.
• Study competitor offers to identify opportunities and threats.
3- User experience and customer journey:
• Design smooth and intuitive user journeys in collaboration with IT teams.
• Test functionalities and new projects with pilot groups before deployment.
• Collect and integrate user feedback to improve the experience.
4- Cross-functional collaboration:
• Work with technical teams to ensure the development and maintenance of solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for product launches and the creation of communication campaigns.
• Train sales and support teams on new functionalities.
5- Cross-functional collaboration:
• Develop and execute launch plans for new mobile payment services.
• Propose adoption campaigns to attract new users (welcome offers, transaction discounts).
