Digital Program Manager | Casablanca (Morocco)

Program management:

• Define and maintain the digital roadmap in line with the company's strategy
• Coordinate the digital project portfolio: customer journeys, selfcare, digital distribution, process automation
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and produce reports for the Executive Committee

Management & governance:

• Lead and manage the Digital Delivery & UX teams
• Coordinate interactions between IT, business units, and external providers
• Ensure project governance: steering committees, risk management, arbitration

Innovation & customer experience:

• Identify digital innovation opportunities in the insurance ecosystem (AI, automation, open insurance, etc.)
• Lead the design of digital journeys focused on customer experience (UX/UI)
• Ensure digital projects align with regulatory and security requirements

Change management:

• Support business departments in adopting new digital tools and practices
• Promote an agile and digital culture within the organization

Profile sought

• Education:
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in IT, Engineering, Management, MBA or equivalent (Top Business/Engineering School / University)

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a program management or digital transformation role
• Significant experience in the insurance, banking, or fintech sector
• Proven track record in delivering high-value digital projects

Key skills:

• Strong command of program management methodologies (MSP, PMI-PgMP, SAFe, etc.)
• Good understanding of UX / Design thinking / Product management
• Knowledge of digital technologies: APIs, Cloud, AI, automation (RPA, etc.)
• Proficiency in project management tools: Jira, Confluence, Power BI
