Designer (M/F)
We are recruiting for a highly renowned group in the market for a Designer (M/F)
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Operations Department, you will be responsible for the overall management of the quarry (aggregates, sand, stone, etc.) in line with production, quality, safety, and environmental objectives.
In this role, you will be in charge of:
• Planning, organizing, and supervising extraction, crushing, and production activities
• Optimizing production yields while controlling operating costs
• Ensuring product compliance with current quality standards
• Managing and motivating site teams (operators, drivers, maintenance)
• Ensuring compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) regulations
• Managing preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment (crushers, screens, machinery…)
• Monitoring performance indicators and reporting to management
• Managing relationships with local authorities and ensuring regulatory compliance (permits, environment, etc.)

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree to Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Mining, Geology, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quarry operations or a similar environment
• Good knowledge of material extraction and processing methods
• Mastery of HSE standards and quarry-related regulations
• Team management and operational management skills
• Sense of organization, rigor, and field leadership
