• Design and implement performance indicators (KPIs) for steering commercial and claims activities
• Develop analysis and prediction models (production, claims, profitability)
• Use and leverage data to support strategic decision-making
• Implement dynamic dashboards (Power BI, etc.)
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes through a data-driven approach

• Graduate of INSEA or a top school (ISCAE, Al Akhawayn University, ENCG, etc.)
• Strong command of data analysis tools (Python, R, SQL, Power BI, etc.)
• Good understanding of business challenges, ideally in the insurance/finance sectors
• Analytical mindset, rigor, and ability to transform data into actionable insights
